Corona virus: Primeo Energie reception closed – communication ensured via electronic media

Dear Customer, 

As a preventive measure against the spread of the Corona virus, the Primeo Energie reception (Münchenstein/Olten) has been closed with immediate effect. The majority of our employees in Customer Service, Customer Care, Energy Consulting, ZEV, Electric Mobility, Trading, Multi Energy Billing and Network Services are now working from home. Please send any enquiries through the customer portal or via email. Follow this link for the details of the different departments / contacts.

If you have an urgent concern, you can call us from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. For faults or power cuts, please call 061 415 41 41 at any time. We will continue to provide our customers with reliable service and process your enquiries as quickly as possible, even in these extraordinary times.

We will resume business as usual as soon as it is know when the Corona virus no longer poses a risk and the emergency measures have been discontinued. Information in this regard will be provided here as well.

As an energy supplier, Primeo Energy is one of the operators of critical infrastructure systems. We are on of 12 suppliers directly connected to the Swiss high voltage network. We therefore maintain direct contact with Swissgrid, the national network provider regarding the measures to be taken. We further follow the instructions of the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and are in close contact with the authorities. It is our top priority to protect our employees against infection and ensure an uninterrupted energy supply at all times. 

Primeo Energie is taking on this responsibility and already resolved and initiated specific, comprehensive conduct and preventive measures four weeks ago. The Corona virus work group monitors and checks the situation on a daily basis and adjusts the guidelines and measures accordingly. Primeo Energie has not recorded any infections up to now. The supply of electricity and heat to all customers remains assured and we are doing everything we can for it to remain that way.
