The Municipality of Hagenthal le Bas never had any technical structure for a municipal works yard up to now. For 18 years, the municipality was able to use a barn provided by one of its inhabitants free of charge. All materials belonging to the municipality were stored in various places around the village and all vehicles such as tractors, trailers and cars were parked in the open.

Sub-station Bottmingen is being closed temporarily to be integrated in sub-station Froloo. Two new pipelines have to be constructed for this purpose. Both start in the area of sub-station Froloo and together run along the forest in the direction of Bruderholzstrasse.
