Returns and Warranty Claims
Since Primeo Holding AG does not manufacture the products it sells, it has no influence over the durability and functionality of the products or the manufacturers’ warranty coverage. Therefore, the manufacturers’ warranty terms and duration always apply, or Swiss law, which provides for a warranty period of 2 years from the order date.
Returns and the processing of warranty claims are handled by our service partner, Nishcom AG.

Orders that have already been placed will, of course, be processed and delivered as usual.
Yes. Returns are still possible under the applicable conditions until the shop is discontinued on 30 September 2026. After that, it will still be possible to send returns to our service partner and assert warranty claims as part of the warranty process.
Warranty claims will continue to be handled for a warranty period of 2 years after receipt of the order. Please contact our customer service for this purpose.

In future, Primeo Energie will continue to offer energy-related products, where appropriate, via existing digital channels and partner solutions, but will no longer operate its own e-commerce shop.
Yes. The current product range will be offered at particularly attractive conditions until 30 September 2026. After that, the range will be gradually reduced. Customers in the Primeo Energie grid area can additionally apply for funding contributions for energy-efficient projects/products. Existing vouchers or discount codes can be redeemed until 30 September 2026. The conditions defined for the respective discount code apply, in particular with regard to:
- period of validity,
- minimum order value,
- applicable products or categories, and
- any restrictions on combinations with other promotions.
After 30 September 2026, all vouchers and discount codes will lose their validity. Cash payment, refunds or subsequent crediting are excluded.
When the Primeo Energie online shop offer expires, the shop customer account will be deleted as of 30 September 2026 and will no longer be actively usable.
Order and transaction data, invoices and business-relevant correspondence will be stored for 10 years in accordance with the statutory retention requirements. This is done in particular to fulfil the statutory bookkeeping obligations.
