RENOVENERGIE is the first platform in the Geneva Lake region that allows any homeowner (or future homeowner) in Switzerland to assess solar potential, explore photovoltaic options, consider heat pump heating systems, and/or install electric car charging stations—either individually or in combination. Detailed advice, implementation offers, and financing options are available through the platform. Banque du Léman offers preferential conditions for energy-efficient renovations and construction solutions, including mortgages, mortgage takeovers, and private loans specifically designed for this purpose. RENOVENERGIE ensures transparency and oversees the entire process—from ideation to financing and commissioning—under strict quality criteria.

Through the online calculator on the RENOVENERGIE website, homeowners can quickly estimate the energy and financial impact of various solutions for single-family homes. The platform offers an energy balance sheet (CECB energy diagnosis) and three calculators for photovoltaic panel installation, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging stations, catering to different needs. These calculators provide non-binding quotations, which can be received via email. If further interest is expressed, an on-site appointment is arranged to analyze the project in detail and present a personalized quotation. Once the project is clarified and planned, homeowners can place the order, and installation will be swiftly carried out by our expert installers.
