The following new features will be added to the customer portal:

  • Functional adjustment of consumption overview: The consumption overviews now appear in more detail. So far, all private customers and selected business customers saw a chart of their consumption based on their consumption points and broken down by sector. Up to four metering points of the same type (i.e. same sector and same measuring type) can now be selected for evaluation.
  • Invoice settings: Customers now can change the desired invoice options by themselves: Analogue or digital payment slip, direct debit, or eBill.

After each maintenance, our customers can benefit from various technically optimised features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
