The following new feature is now available:

  • Inbox and messages: Customers are now notified by email whenever a new document is available on the customer portal. After logging on to the portal, they will also see a list of all messages in the new portal inbox. Customers are thus always informed about bills, meter reading requests, new consumption reports, and new reports for business customers.
  • Optimisation of document exchange function: From now on, not only electricity supply company customers but all business customers can benefit from the function.

After each maintenance, customers can benefit from various improved technical features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
