- Primeo Assistant: Our chat bot will help you register and activate your new customer portal account. Try it out here.
- Website tiles: Portal customers now see personalised tiles directly on the website. You can see detailed information about your consumption, electricity product upgrade or outstanding invoices at a glance.
After each maintenance, customers can benefit from various improved technical features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
