We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the following points:
ElektroForm update
Digitalisation is in full swing. As part of this, improvements and updates for the electronic reporting system will be implemented continuously over the coming year.
From around the middle of 2024, for example, you will be able to view the diagrams archived by us as well as connection applications that have already been approved directly in your ElektroForm application. This should help you to advise your customers better and handle the registration process more efficiently.
Personnel changes in the installation control team
After more than 20 years, Patrick Müller has decided to take on new challenges. We bid him farewell from Primeo Netz AG in autumn 2023 with many thanks.
Our long-standing employee, Domenico Tufano, has since taken on the role of deputy team leader and supports David Holinger in all matters. With the constantly growing demands, the team has been strengthened with Onur Yesilbas and Roman Dätwyler.

New digital producer contract for photovoltaic systems
From 1 January 2024, Primeo Energie will only conclude the producer contract for photovoltaic systems with the producer (or property owner) once the system has been accepted and commissioned. The latter will receive a notification from Primeo Energie asking them to sign the contract digitally in the customer portal. This adjustment enables Primeo Energie to separate the technical process (construction of a PV system) from the commercial process (contract for remuneration) and thus save time in the authorisation process. Previously, the contract was concluded after the technical connection application was approved. Producers (or property owners) who have already received a contract by e-mail in 2023 and whose systems will not be commissioned until 2024 are not affected by this new process.
Replacement of ripple control and introduction of load management
Primeo Energie will be introducing a new load management system (LMS) from 2024. We ask electricians to advise their customers on the possible use of customer-specific control systems for projects with electric boilers or electric heating systems in advance. Further information can be found here.

In January 2024, we will send a communication at the beginning of the year to all business partners known to us with important information on the following topics
- Control of electric mobility charging stations
- Requirements for schemes
- Process change for entering separate AC and DC part installation notifications
- Efficient input of notification forms (TAG, IA, AB, SiNa)
Opening hours over the festive period
Primeo Energie will be closed from 25 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. We will be back for you during normal business hours from 2 January 2024.
