From 1 July 2026, Primeo Energie will charge a fee of 90 centimes (including VAT) for paper bills. This is due to the additional costs involved in printing, posting and processing paper bills. Primeo Energie also wishes to encourage the switch to digital bills. You can continue to receive your bill free of charge, conveniently and securely via eBill or email. The switch is simple and can be made at any time via the customer portal or by contacting customer service.
