Natural scientific phenomena relating to climate and energy spring to life and become easy to grasp. Surprising moments for young and old are guaranteed.
With a unique combination of
- Science Centre with hands-on stations, workshops, guided tours and science shows,
- Experience Centre with a very personal, multimedia energy journey as well as our
- Learning Centre with craft workshops for our young audience
In three buildings we offer something for everyone who wants to learn more about climate and energy:

Opening hours
The Primeo Energie Kosmos is open every Thursday from 3-5 p.m. and every Saturday and Sunday from 1-3 p.m. We always recommend registration, by phone or e-mail for a guaranteed admission to the Science and Experience Center. There is a limited number of 30 places per day.
Groups and school classes of 10 or more people also have access to an individually arranged programme outside of the above-mentioned times. To do so, please contact Primeo Energie Kosmos via the registration form.
The contents of the entire exhibition are available in German, French and English.

Entrance fees
Children up to 7 years for free
15 CHF - Adults aged 18 and over
12 CHF - Reduced (children/young people 7-17 years, OASI, IV, BLKB customers)
45 CHF - Family (up to 2 adults and up to 5 children)
Admission tickets to the Primeo Energie Kosmos and the offers of the Lernwelt Energie are free of charge for schools and customers.
Directions to the Primeo Energie Kosmos Ideally you use public transport, also for the sake of the environment.

By tram
From Basel SBB station, take tram no. 10 towards Dornach and get off at the stop Electra Birseck. From here, you can walk to Primeo Energie via the underpass.
By train
Primeo Energie is located opposite Münchenstein railway station. You can reach Primeo Energie easily on foot via the station underpass.
By car (parking available only at WE.)
Coming from the H18, take the Reinach Nord exit and drive towards Reinach. At the traffic light, turn right onto Baselstrasse and go to the roundabout. Turn right onto Heiligholzstrasse. After crossing the motorway and the Birs river, turn left onto Weidenstrasse, where you will see the Primeo Energie buildings.
